we conceptualize and execute home renovations in our favorite South LA neighborhoods. Neighborhoods we have also called home for many years. The team creates inspired, livable spaces that are both modern and timeless, highlighting and restoring elements we love from original structures while also reimagining aesthetics.

We believe that good design should be enjoyed by everyone, in even the simplest moments of daily life. A well-designed home, built with intention and quality workmanship, can infinitely elevate a living experience.

Our aesthetic combines the minimal freshness of modern design with attention to detail and a deep appreciation for unique, handmade work. We don’t shy away from bolder design accents, but view them as opportunities to create beautiful and memorable spaces. Because of this, we love to showcase work of skilled artisans and strive to build meaningful collaborations with artists, designers, and builders whose work echoes our sensibility and philosophy. Concrete Collaborative, Cle’ tile, HumanHome, California Faucets, ParkStudioLA, Pinky’s, Hijack, Portola, and others are featured in our homes.

Milkshake spaces are livable art that have a positive vibe + calming feeling. One that is indescribable with words . One that guests have the moment they step foot. We take great pride in both our work and the vibrant neighborhoods in which our houses live, and always look forward to the next project. Our properties are meant to be lived in for years to come and only improve with age.
